Wings

He: unrivaled
Beats his wings
Entering her
Red feathers
Black feathers
Roses
White feathers
Intermingled

Stirring over
Glittering secret bits
Carefully guarded: no more

He discovers
He hops around
Her blush
He uncovers

In her beak
blossoming
Birds-of-Paradise

She follows him
Cooing
Leaving hope trials

She: howls

Together with an unknown
underground current

Praying
to the goddess
for her beloved
To present himself
to her
Attaching himself
Mounting her heart

As if
the angels were playing
Desire games
Rolling in the clouds
Their wings on fire

Because
the mating season
Is endless
She: waits
for the first mating

As the snowbird
melts
on her head
grasping the tightly woven nest
afraid the winter
will come
to soon
before
the mating dance
is finished

When I am kissing you:

When I am kissing you:
Can’t you hear the angels
sigh?

When I am kissing you:
Can’t you feel
angels wings
Tip you
As I fall in love
With you
Again

When I am kissing you:
Can’t you smell me as
I rise in joy
Like a freshly kneaded
piece of pulled dough
warm
as your
oven
preheats me

When I am kissing you:
Can’t you hear me sing you name?

When you are kissing me:
You are the python who slides
across me
your hot griddle

steamy invited
into you

Daffodils

Relentless
He parts
Blushing
daffodils

As he stands
Perched
Over her nest
She is all undone

His crest wide
His soaring
Thick with purpose

Her scent
Captivates
He drinks
The air

She smells
His luminosity
Inside
Of her
As the
Cardinal
Turns
Her
Inside-out

As his feathers
Rush up and
Down her spine

Daffodils are blooming
Everywhere/
upside-down/
all around
In their world

He presses
his love into her
In many ways
Yet to be discovered.

Her nest is all undone

If I only had a Brain
To Erwin: 1_12_2004

The scarecrow shouts:
"If I only had a brain"
He went on further:
"If I only had a brain
I remember this refrain very well"

Then Dorothy hit a high note:
"If I only had a brain
If it is radiated fully,
I will not have a brain
Maybe part of it
Or none of it
So I am told"

Her red shoes clicking on my chest
Dancing like the devil who
Just make a deal
For me to be a tech rock star

The lion got in on it, he sings out:
"I could go blind
I could go limp
In any limb
I could become an invalid"

Erwin sings out:
"So this is the choice
I must make by myself
Do I have a choice?
About where the big C goes?
do I have a choice?"
