Aching 4th draft
a new awareness

I blossomed out
aching

I wanted to be
a seasonless
rainforest
mist

Forgetting your touch

it never was
it never was

Forgetting your
descending lips
down
my spine
up
my spine

I long for beloved duets
as I tango
in darkened
spritely places

I am bound
to you by memories
Bees to honey flowers
vague sugared pain

Reaching for
phantom window reflections
I would die alive
if I let you
hold me

Shooting me with stars
desire plays with me
I become
a falling star object

A great fireball
fanned out
